30 Minute Fitness is a private personal training studio focusing on each client individually to achieve personalized fitness training. Centrally located off 117 in Leominster drawing clients from Leominster, Fitchburg, Groton, Lancaster, Worcester, Acton, Sudbury, Concord and beyond. I offer a small community feeling within a private atmosphere, no prying eyes, yet many of my clients know each other and enjoy the relaxed, friendly environment.

30 Minute Fitness studio is a state-of-the-art facility with the best strength training equipment available. I provide water, paper-towels, changing area and plenty of parking. My mission is to make it as easy as possible for you to get in shape, and stay in shape.

 

Private Training

Exclusive one-on-one training sessions held in a private setting. This is a great way to achieve your fitness goals, free from distraction so you are able to focus and learn.

  Semi-Private Training

Sarah also offers semi-private training sessions (2-3 people) which is also a great way to achieve your fitness goals. Semi-private can be very effective and is preferred by many clients


Weight Loss and Nutrition


Any effective fitness program should involve understanding Weight Loss and Nutrition. Sarah is well-versed in both areas and will help you integrate healthy eating into your every day life. The combination of nutrition knowledge and the proper workout regimen will provide you with the best results.

 
Technique/Form

You might learn weight training techniques by watching friends or others in the gym, but sometimes what you see is not safe. Incorrect weight training technique can lead to sprains, strains, fractures and other painful injuries that may hamper your weight training efforts. Sarah is an expert in Technique and Form and will teach you effectively and in a way you can understand.


Strength Training


Strength training can help you preserve and enhance your muscle mass at any age. Strength training also helps you develop strong bones, helps you control your weight, boosts your stamina, and manage chronic conditions. Your personalized strength training program will help you look and feel better as you achieve your goals.
 

 
Cardio Training


Cardio is necessary in order to strengthen the heart and lungs. It's also needed to burn fat. Sarah will design a cardio program specific to you based on your goals, age, low/high heart rates. These are continuous programs ever changing to give you optimum results!
