Sessions are based on convenience towards clients. With the hustle of everyday life; work, kids, etc. you have free range of deciding when you want to fit your sessions in. Most clients prefer to work out with other participants, as it is much more motivating and fun.  Get to know others, while getting your sweat on and supporting each other through your workouts. Sessions are time-based with rotating exercises to keep you moving. Modifications are always taken into consideration depending on each clients needs. 30 Minute Fitness is a fun, friendly atmosphere without the intimidation or negativity.

Nutrition Plans are all about living a healthy life-style. 30 Minute Fitness is not about diets!!!  Each client will be given a nutrition packet. I will teach you about the how's and why's of eating.  It is my job to educate each individual on what they should be eating and at what time of day.  My clients do not starve, yet they eat well balanced meals based on their likes and dislikes.  Nutrition is EVERYTHING! Nutrition is a LIFESTYLE! I'm going to help you change your eating habits to make you feel better from the inside out!

   

Weights Workouts are given out to each client based upon their needs and goals.  I will create an entire workout for you to bring to the gym and do on your own.  Each day contains a muscle group, explaining the exercise, weight amount, repetitions, sets and rest periods. Weight training is extremely important to incorporate into your workout regimen to aid in muscle tone and weight loss.
The more your push your body in short, timed intervals, the more energy or calories you burn to come back to a state of rest. The scientific principle behind this concept is called EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption), which creates an after burn effect where your metabolism is burning more calories for hours after a workout to return this state of equilibrium.

   

Cardio Plans will be written up based on each clients MHR (Max heart rate) and age.  Your program will cover HIIT (high intensity interval training) in order to give you the best results for weight-loss and or toning. High-Intensity Interval Training workouts are shorter, challenging, and unleash a host of fat burning hormonal changes from the inside out that allow you to cut your training time in half.

Questions & Answers

Q. Do you train men & women?

YES. I train men & women of all ages.  My clients are generally between the ages of 18-65.

Q. I have injuries and how will this affect my training?
I have many clients who come in with neck. back, foot, knee issues.  Each client is given modifications through the sessions depending on his or her needs. Some people claim their injury or issue is gone or better!

Q. Do your programs use contracts?
YES. All programs are under contract for a period of time.  We want you to get results in a specific time-frame and not drag it out. As you trainer, I want to know that you are committed to getting your results!

Q. What kinds of payments do you take?
Cash, check, Venmo, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and bank transfer. I offer and array of payment options to make it convenient and easy for you.

Q. Will I get bulky if I lift weights?
NO! My studio does not have heavy weights. All clients use light to medium weights to ensure safety and maintain proper form through each execution.  Your nutrition will not accommodate you to get bulky.

Q. Do you allow babies or kids in your studio?
YES. As long as they have something to keep them occupied during your session so you are not distracted.

Q. Do you do at-home training?
No. All sessions are held in-studio.

is a private personal training studio focusing on each client individually to achieve personalized fitness training. Centrally located off 117 in Leominster drawing clients from Leominster, Fitchburg, Groton, Lancaster, Worcester, Acton, Sudbury, Concord and beyond.
I offer a small community feeling within a private atmosphere, no prying eyes, yet many of my clients know each other and enjoy the relaxed, friendly environment.

30 Minute Fitness studio is a state-of-the-art facility with the best strength training equipment available. I provide water, paper-towels, changing area and plenty of parking. My mission is to make it as easy as possible for you to get in shape, and stay in shape.
