Unfortunately, the average American diet these days measures dangerously low on the nutrient-density scale, resulting in obesity and an increased disease rate.  Most foods that line our supermarket aisles have been processed and striped of these natural disease fighting essentials.  These nutrients include essential vitamins, minerals and phytochemical that aid in proper body functioning, protect us from disease and keep us fit for life. Thatís why we want to eat as many foods packed with them as we can!


Nutrition is the most important component in any fitness training program.  It doesn't matter if you want to lose weight, build muscle or just stay healthy.  It also doesn't matter if you exercise or if you work out with a personal trainer; if you don't change your nutrition, you won't see the results you want.  Everything you put into your mouth has an effect on your body.  I will educate you and empower you to make the necessary lifestyle changes to maximize your training and reach your fitness goals.  I don't starve my clients into weight loss, I fuel their body into exercise.  So forget about "dieting;" let me start training you how to change your nutrition and change your life!  First step Nutrition!

During your nutrition session we will uncover what you're current daily intake looks like. We will also go over each meal keeping within the meal guidelines of my booklet. No two people are the same, so everybody's nutrition is going to be different.
